During our buyer’s consultation, we will:

1. Conduct a detailed needs analysis. We will work with you to identify your “must-have” criteria, desired location, and timeframe. When evaluating a neighborhood, you’ll want to consider commuting time, schools, access to green space, and shopping. While you can update your search criteria at any time, articulating your preferences will enable us to tailor our search for homes on your behalf and only send you listings that meet your criteria. Once we have defined your search criteria, we’ll use the latest digital technology to bring properties to your attention as soon as they hit the market.

2. Provide an overview of the purchase process. Since this may be your first time buying a home, we will take the time to review each step in the homebuying process, from initial search to closing, and address any questions or concerns you have.

3. Discuss current market trends. We have intimate knowledge of our community and can provide insights into your home search process. The market is constantly shifting, so when it’s time for you to buy, we want to make sure you have a great understanding of current market trends.
